Hey there,
I'm David Dosu. I'm pretty. A graduate of the University of Benin, Nigeria, and an Erasmus scholar studying for a masters in advanced particle physics at the University of Clermont in France, TU Dortmund in Germany, and the University of Bologna in Italy.
As the National President of the Nigerian National Association of Physics Students, I oversee a network of over 55,000 students from 84 institutions in Nigeria— a fancy way of saying that I actively mentor the country's next generation of physicists. See? I'm arrogant!
I was considered to be special smart in my third year of undergraduate study, so was selected as the first Nigerian to work at the largest particle accelerator in the world as a summer intern at CERN, in Switzerland.
I recently cofounded idaliaafrica.com with Destiny Ogedegbe. We led and negotiated a collaboration with CERN for KNUST Ghana, and raised through Simons Foundation, the money needed to send two of their students to Switzerland. Also secured a continued funding for dozens other African students on a rolling basis starting next year.
I sort of sound like I have a few things about life figured out, right? LOL.
